Pat is the Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer of Optiver Europe, leading Optiver’s business across European equities and derivatives exchanges. Pat joined Optiver Sydney in 2012 as a software engineer. He worked on trading systems for markets throughout Asia and was part of the team that started Optiver's business in China.

Prior to Optiver, Pat worked in engineering roles in tech, retail and trading in the USA, UK and Australia.
